THIS EVENT IS PART OF A LECTURE SERIES WITH INGVAR VILLIDO

15 April 2021  07.00 pm – 08.30 pm (EEST – Estonian time)

Tell me about your friends and I’ll tell you who you are. Tell me about your habits and I’ll tell you how successful you are.
Our whole life consists of habits. And our destiny will be shaped according to these habits. We all have some tendency, which is difficult, almost impossible, to give up. Let’s think for a moment, is it so? Our well-being and success in life are determined by what we engage in the most during our daily lives. If you’re used to watching TV for 5 hours a day, you probably won’t have much time for other activities, such as reading a book, learning a new skill, or doing sports. In addition to this, today a couple of hours is spent “scrolling” on social media.
Bad habits introduce a lifestyle that takes a person further away from living their dream life.
For example, how do you imagine running a marathon if you smoke and choose to watch TV instead of training? How do you imagine buying an expensive car or house when you’re constantly spending your money on the trivial? How do you imagine living up to 90 and sustain good health if instead, you have several unhealthy habits be it either overeating, alcohol consumption, etc.?
How can you become a successful leader in business if you are always late or tend to get into conflict with people?
Where do our bad habits start from?
A person may already be so accustomed to their bad habits that they no longer perceive them as bad. These can for example be thoughts that tell “I can’t; I’m not capable, I’m an impostor”… etc. Or emotions that make you grab for chocolate whenever you feel sad or lonely.
We all have bad and good habits, and everyone probably knows how difficult it is to give up a bad habit. For some reason, cultivating good habits is as difficult as breaking bad habits. Do you have a wish to start changing some of those habits?
Can you imagine a life where you can choose to be happy, healthy, and confident?
How to get rid of bad habits for good? How to cultivate good habits? What is good and what is bad for us?
In this conversation, Ingvar Villido reveals the causes of habits, going to the roots where everything can be changed. Join to listen, become aware of your habits, and change your destiny!
